Client: Department of Health Design conference sector: Health care The interdisciplinary team led by
PearsonLloyd is an accident? The set of 3 pillars of a design solution in which reducing the violence of an
urgent (A&E) section and the level of aggressiveness was proved was created. A medical emergency section is
the environment which focused on offering the most efficient medical treatment. Therefore, a medical staff is
human? The emotional side is often disregarded. Since the patient who requires emergency is most, everyone
is wanted to receive medical treatment immediately. Therefore, in order to support the relation of the patient
and the staff who are irritated by the length of waiting time and take offensive attitudes, such as boos and
violence, the program which PearsonLloyd designed is very excellent from the effect and the field of cost.
This program consists of three pillars. It is a guidance solution in the first place. The right figure of the
emergency section which the waiting room is shown is told to a patient, and an understanding is obtained.
In order to notify the problem which may occur while working in the section, the second staff has knowledge
required in order to work in such an environment, and raises the staff as such a trainee's nurse and
younger-generation medical orderly. In order to improve the method of processing learning, violence, and
aggressiveness, it corresponds to an old and new field staff, and is attained through practice of
communication training or reflection. Construction of the third toolkit. The guideline which is useful to check
